- Invoice Specialist entails assisting customers with questions regarding their monthly billing for using software usage; answering inbound calls & responding to user emails; assisting customers with invoice questions via chat.
- Understand importance of attendance & customer relations.
- Successfully handle high call volume environment.
- Type 40 wpm.
- Preferred experience with billing and collections.
- Schedule: M-F, 9:45am-6:45pm or 10am-7p
